  1. There should be a way to re-attempt the final test.

    I have attempted for one test and was failed to score 60% mark. I have prepared for the exam again , but there is no option for second attempt.
    You should provide option for re-attempt after 10 days or some limit.

    Thank you all for your suggestion to allow retaking of the final exam. We are very happy to report that we have added this capability to our platform and are in the process of updating all courses to allow for multiple attempts at passing an exam.

    Each course author will create their own policy for the number of attempts allowed as well as the waiting period between attempts.

  2. Certificate not available for Introduction to R - DataCamp Course (for Cognizant)

    I have completed above mentioned course but download certificate course is still not available. I have tried logging in and out multiple times.

    Hi,

    We had an issue that was preventing scores to be synchronized with Big Data University but that’s already fixed now.

    Please follow the course FAQ instructions to update your missing scores:

    My score for a lab is missing?
    If the score of a chapter is not present, try clicking the link to that chapter again and submitting the first answer (your score is recalculated and sent back each time you submit an answer for the Chapter). Make sure to log out and log in to Big Data University after that!

  3. Failed to receive the reset password mail from personal mail box . would you pls check if BDU site could send mail well.

    Make common SSO for China BDU site and fix the issue of reset password. no mail was sent to personal mail box.

    According to our tests and our mailer logs the emails have been sent.
    It seems there’s an issue on cognizant.com email service preventing users to receive emails from adminbigdatauniversity.com.
    Please contact your system administrator to resolve it.

  4. Clarify absolution from potential harm

    If a mere visit to the site can lead to contracting virus or malware, what's the point in joining here? Or is it some specific downloads that one must beware of?

    There is a typo in the option. Unfortunately the typo is in the right answer. This is not good. Nobody will get it right.
