Alternative Status Verification of Disability When Uploading Is Inherent Not Possible For A Course User To Prove His Disability
Talk to Congress, the Senate, and The President....Disability Status verification, if the user being a Veteran, is not able to provide the information, how could there be other ways to even at tempting to preserve the identity of the course taker, who has very much believe he is a Disabled Veteran? I am referring to the need of making options available in the events, if a DD214 or just a Veteran Affairs benefits letter identifying service-connection, or where there is no service-connection, and letter from the immediate doctors of the Veteran could well be upload, but the point here is that, what if the Veteran is not able to upload anything, for lack of Document Scanner which he/she could well use to produce a PDF that can be attached to an email and sent to Cognitive or use to facilitate the upload by means of web form feature on the Cognitive Class web page that allows you to. So I am saying, well that I am Veteran, and I have a letter, but if I am not able to upload it in anyway, because of lack of Document Scanner how can I be given the opportunity to find a remedy to that? Thank you.
