Include an option to download certificates on the certificate page

I was going through the Certificate page for the course "Predictive Modeling Fundamentals 1" and noticed that it would be good to include an icon /option where students can download their certificates

Click on Print Certificate and then from Destination drop down select "Save as PDF"
