Please suggest why "access denied" while logging on for hadoop sandbox via putty

Question 20 asks what you should do if a model gives R^2 = 1 on train set and R^2 = 0 on validation data. There are 3 options, I tried to answer with 2 submissions and the obviously wrong answer (model works fine on test data so it has no issues) is the only remaining option.

Please fix this as some people could feasibly need this one question to pass the course.

Please add help button, regarding retaking of exam in the same course ware

I see currently there is no way to re-attempt faild courses. it would be great if you add re-attempt like after 1 week or month. Maybe with different questions if possible.

Does is really make sense to have an ADVANCED learning path made up of 3 INTERMEDIATE level courses.
These courses are good you should the naming consistent.

Update buttons on website , Next and prev button is not working in Intro to Data Science course.

The instructor Ms. Desai was very fast with the material presentation and a lot of her words are muffled and hard to understand. The video did not stay on slide long enough for students to view it and the next one pops up. One of the worst online class I have taken

I am using Firefox on Windows. There is a glitch with your player. Whenever, you click the 1.0x speed button, the speed doesn't change. That means when you change the speed you can't return to 1.0x speed.

I studied python-for-data-science (https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/python-for-data-science/) and attend the final exam.
After I answered all 25 questios , I clicked end exam and submitted. But I found none of my answer is saved! I got zero point ! what's wroing?

Question on Order Reports in monoliths case study has wrong note stating that we can select more then one answer for this question which is not correct.
