1. Query regarding a question in the graded quiz

   I would like to raise a query regarding Question 3 in the graded quiz for “Module 2 – Understanding Kubernetes architecture”.

   This is part of training course IBM: CC0201EN Introduction to Containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift V2:

   Why options ‘Namespaces’ and ‘ConfigMaps ‘are not are not accepted as correct answers even though they have been listed as Kubernetes objects in the training material?

   It has been mentioned in section Introduction to Kubernetes Objects – What are Kubernetes objects?” as follows:

   “Some examples of Kubernetes objects are Pods, namespaces, Deployments, ConfigMaps, and volumes,which we will discuss in this course.
   To work with these objects—that is, to create, update, or delete them—you use the Kubernetes
   API.”

   Thus, the options Namespaces and ConfigMaps should be accepted as correct answers.

2. feature code doesn't work

   Hi IBM Colleagues,
   it seems the feature code to extend the trial account doesn't work for me anymore; I believe I know why but I don't know how to fix it, hence perhaps you can help here.
   Initially I've created the trial account on another email address then the one which I am using for edx; account has expired and feature code does not work saying server error; then I've remembered that I had a previous ibm cloud account linked to the same email address I am using for edx; I've recovered the password from the ibm cloud account mentioned, feature code worked but the activation offset the total number of days passed from the existance of the account...-1900 something days.
   Can you help on this topic please ? I am guessing the feature code is not exhausted and it doesn't work for the newly account created (pointing to an email address which is not linked with edx).

7. to make a small correction to the Cloud Foundry lab tutorial

   Hi Steve/Horea,

   Hope you are doing well. I was going through the Hand on lab tutorial for the Cloud Foundry, and came across a picture in the tutorial showing Cloudant service created, instead of the Cloud Foundry service. This created a error (not getting org and space details) while using the target --cf command, since the Cloud Foundry is not created. If you could add instruction to create the Cloud Foundry, it will be clear to everyone.

9. Video speed resets on new page but button still shows previous speed

   I'm using Chrome on Windows, I set my video speed to 1.5x for example, when I finish the video and hit the Next button at the bottom of the page, the new page loads and if it contains a video, the speed button will still display the 1.5x, but in reality the video speed is back to 1.0x. So the button is displaying the wrong speed.

   If I click the 1.5x again nothing happens, since some part of the player still believes that's the current speed, so now to change to my desired number I need to click some other speed and then click back on 1.5x.

    I do not know why it is taking so long to receive badge after course completion. It has been over two weeks and I still have not receive the badge. This process needs to be reviewed and improved.

11. There is a typo on the page

    Its from the IBM Cloud Advisor Course Material. search for the text 'th' yeah I know a bunch will come up, but there is one that only has 'th' and it should be 'the'.

    Its in the section on hands on to create a cloud Object Storage bucket.

13. There should be a way to download the badges or Certificate of the Learning Paths

    I have passed 6 courses for the Reactive Architecture, Learning paths of foundation and Advance, since 5 of July I have still not received the badges.

    A good idea could be have a button or a link on the last course to request the learning path badge or certificate.

    Anyway please can someone help on the problem with the badges, thanks in advance

18. Cannot go to the labs for any courses

    I have been trying to go to any of the labs for various data science courses with python. I initially was trying to use Coursera but that did not work. Came across cognitiveclass.ai and started using this. However the lab still does not work.

    All is get is a redirection to (https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/storage_issues) which has this message:
    "We noticed you had a problem using Skills Network Labs. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

19. Issue regrading to passing criteria

    I pass my final exam but I didn't pass the practice question due to that my progress is 64percentage
    but this course required minimum 70 percentage for that it can not give me certificate and badge
