Failed to receive the reset password mail from personal mail box . would you pls check if BDU site could send mail well.
Make common SSO for China BDU site and fix the issue of reset password. no mail was sent to personal mail box.
According to our tests and our mailer logs the emails have been sent.
It seems there’s an issue on
cognizant.com email service preventing users to receive emails from adminbigdatauniversity.com.
Please contact your system administrator to resolve it.
It is not the case. I have received email from archive bigdataunversity website. But from this portal I am not receiving,
