unable to give the final exam, says profile not fully active or net connection error!!
HOw do I complete the module without giving final exam...it just refuses to go ahead.
There is no problem in my connection. My id is active! What more?

The password re-set has worked well for me. The PW reset email came through, I changed the PW and was then able to directly complete the exam.

Resetting your password for one time can help this issue. same happend with me.

Reset the password and login again.
It worked for me.
You need to activate your cognitive class account.
They must've sent you an email saying "Activate Your Cognitive Class Account". Just click the link in there and you'll be allowed to take your final exam.

error stating :
There has been a problem starting your exam.
Possible reasons are that your account has not been fully activated,
you are experiencing a network connection problem, or there has been
a service disruption. Please check these potential problems and try agai
had the same issue,
1. changed the email id
2. reset the password
3. re-logged in
the account has been activated now. I suppose (3) did it. But if that does not work, try the other two.
most of courses.cognitiveclass.ai link is not accessible ..please let us know is there any ongoing issue..as I tried multiple times from past two days and issue seems to be still persists.

I cannot get into final exam to complete this class, which also requires for another service line badge. How could we do?
Same here - I clicked on the link to take the Final Exam but after that I was not able to see any questions, was not able to navigate to next/previous question and even other parts of the course stopped working - thesame modules' content/videos that I was able to access yesterday are no longer working/accessible.
