unable to give the final exam, says profile not fully active or net connection error!!
HOw do I complete the module without giving final exam...it just refuses to go ahead.
There is no problem in my connection. My id is active! What more?
Please help!!

error stating :
There has been a problem starting your exam.Possible reasons are that your account has not been fully activated,
you are experiencing a network connection problem, or there has been
a service disruption. Please check these potential problems and try again. -

You've successfully created an account on Cognitive Class. We've sent an account activation message to xxx@gmail.com. Only activated accounts can achieve course certificates and badges, so make sure to click on the activation email we sent to you.
I did not receive any Activation link in my personal laptop, Same problem -

I am having the same issue. I asked them to activate my account manually on their end, or, barring that, resend me the activation mail (which I never received the first time - I AM capable of checking my spam folders...).
Still awaiting a response.
I have completed the course, I just need to prove it.

I re-activated my account by clicking (again) the link on my email.
Then, it worked, so I could finish my final exam. -

I have went through all the module and gave the module test too which i can see in the progress. But when i come to final exam its not taking me to the test. Can you please guide me to go inside and do the exam.
