What is timeline to reattempt a badge if failed once in review questions?
I feel we should have some time line i.e. some days, months etc to reattempt the failed badges.

That is a fair recommendation, I would also like to know that since i just recently got 67% instead of 70%, failed by 3% in Hadoop 101.
