Unable to retake final exam due to Network Issues

Due to Network Issues , I was unable to write my final exam. Later when I clicked on Final exam, it says "You have submitted your timed exam. "

So there should be some or the other way to overcome this issue.

    My system got shut down, and unable to write my final exam. Later it says you have submitted your timed exam. Please help us to reopen the final exam. Thank you.
