I took final exam. But result is not showing new score. What to do now?

I retook the IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer exam but the result is not showing my new score and I can't take my certificate.

I had internet connectivity issues and couldnt finish my exam. How can I retake the exam?

Hello, the performance of this courses is very bad, it takes ages to move from one module to the next and finally during the exam I got a time out after 30min and I couldn't reconnect anymore. At the end the time was over and my exam submitted. I don't know but this really requires some more stabilty and improvement, otherwise it makes no sense to take another course! Its about CC0101EN!!

SOME OF FINISHED COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY BEFORE MOVING TO NORTH AMERICA AND ARE USING COGNITIVE CLASS TO BREAK INTO ANALYTICS/DATA SCIENCE
ROLES. AND LIKE MOST UNIVERSITY, WE CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THE YEARLY LICENCES, AS WE WORK IN DEAD END JOBS. WE NEED CONTINUED ACCESS TO THESE TOOLS TO PRACTICE, PRACTICE,PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.
A FEW WEEKS ACCESS WONT CUT IT. LOOK AT MICROSOFT AZURE, ONE YEAR ACCESS TO START WITH.

I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT COGNITIVE CLASS'S "3 EXAM ATTEMPTS, ONE MODULE EXERCIZE TEST ATTEMPT ONLY" POLICY.

I TOOK ONE OF THE MOST CHALLENGING EXAM YESTERDAY EVENING "USING R WITH DATABASES", MISSED IT JUST BARELY BY 3%. CONSIDER THIS , I HAVE PASSED MANY COURSES OFFERED BY COGNITIVE CLASS, EARNED A HANDFULL OF BADGES TO THAT EFFECT. I NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE MODULE TESTS AND EXAMS ARE OUT OF THE SCOPE OF THE LECTURES THEY COME WITH. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE.
ALSO, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THE LABS FOR MANY OF THE COURSES. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE FROM COGNITIVE CLASS SUPPORT CONCERNING THIS ISSUE.
I DECIDED TO TAKE THE FINAL EXAM FOR THE COURSE "MODERNIZING JAVA EE APPLICATIONS" LAST SATURDAY. DID WELL CONSIDERING. HOWEVER, THE SYSTEM FOR
COGNITIVE CLASS ONLY GENERATED MY BADGE, NOT THE CERTIFICATE IT COMES WITH. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE FROM COGNITIVE CLASS CONCERNING THIS ISSUE EITHER.
PLEASE HELP US OUT HERE. THE PLATFORM IS VERY GOOD FOR BREAKING INTO DATA ANALYTICS/DATA SCIENCE. BUT " 1 MODULE ATTEMPT, 3 EXAM ATTEMPTS ONLY", MODULE TESTS AND EXAMS NOT IN SCOPE WITH COURSE LECTURES, NO SUPPORT, THESE ISSUES ARE VERY WORRISOME!!!

when i try to insert my promo code, in IBM cloud account its shows that "this code is expired".

I'd like to retake the exams, but the buttom "final check" don't appear.
How can I will be able to resubmit the test again? Is it posible?
