unfortunately LinkedIn doesn't allow third-parties to add certificates to profiles directly, so you would have to add them yourself.
In order to do that, you can use this direct link: https://www.linkedin.com/profile/add?startTask=CERTIFICATION_NAME
In there you fill the fields as follows:
Certificate name => Course name (e.g. Big Data 101)
Certification authority => IBM Cognitive Class
License number => leave it empty
Time period => month and year you received the certificate (it's printed in your certificate)
Check "This certification does not expire"
Certification URL => URL for the certificate (e.g.: https://courses.cognitiveclass.ai/certificates/user/......)
