"Unable to apply Promo Code" when applying IBM Cloud offer

The Promo Code can only be applied if your IBM Cloud is a "Lite" account. If you have a "paygo" or "subscription" account, the code will NOT apply. Please verify that your account type is Lite by going to Billing and Usage > Billing when logged into IBM Cloud:



If your account type is not Lite, or if you have an older "Trial" account that has since expired, you will need to register for a new account with a different email address at https://cocl.us/IBM_CLOUD_PROMO.
