"This code was already used." when applying IBM Cloud offer
If you see this error message open a support ticket with the code you tried to use and the email address associated with your IBM Cloud account.
Please note that although the screenshot shows "Promo Code has already been used." the current message for this Feature Code error is "This code was already used."
