A course link, video, or other resource is not working

If you encounter a problem with one of our courses where a course link, video, or other resource is not displaying, or if you find a typo or text that is not clear, please report the problem by clicking in the Support tab in the right side of the page.

Note that in some situations we've found that a firewall in your computer or company may cause videos not to display. Before reporting it as a bug, please verify from another computer (say at home) that you cannot access the videos using that computer either. Also make sure to try different browsers.  The browsers we support are listed in our FAQ page.
