   Which of the following are true?
   1. read.csv() can be used to read in CSV files
   2. You need to install libraries, such as the “readxl” library, to read Excel files into R

    Worst performance inside test buttons. After lick on a button for review taking 5 min to load and nothing is working . I took complrte day to reach their and now totally frustrated. I have never seen such worst perforamce in my life time.

16. Update the course - DW0101EN

    The course "Learn Machine Learning with Sound" with course code DW0101EN is outdated. It does not cover the latest IBM Cloud elements and also has multiple issues that I had to fix on my own.
    Also the course requires more memory than allotted by IBM Cloud.

    Since there are issues with FREE CLOUD CREDITS regarding Re-Captcha (which I have already contacted IBM, waiting for their reply), the course should be updated while keeping in mind the allotted memory and latest working principles of IBM Cloud as well as AutoAI in IBM Watson.

    I want to do the Docker course as I want to this tutorial: https://developer.ibm.com/technologies/containers/videos/rest-easy-by-logging-days-worked-on-the-cloud-tech-talk/

    When I start this tutorial, it says that I have to install Docker at home, which not working on my Windows 10 machine. Can I use Docker Sandbox throughout the course or do I at some point need my own local machine?
