Hello!
I finished and got every certification of Deep Learning courses. But, I could not receive the Deep Learning Badge.

None of my final exam answers are posted, I got zero point ?!
I studied python-for-data-science (https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/python-for-data-science/) and attend the final exam.
After I answered all 25 questios , I clicked end exam and submitted. But I found none of my answer is saved! I got zero point ! what's wroing?

Fix exam wrong answer in DA0101EN
Question 20 asks what you should do if a model gives R^2 = 1 on train set and R^2 = 0 on validation data. There are 3 options, I tried to answer with 2 submissions and the obviously wrong answer (model works fine on test data so it has no issues) is the only remaining option.
Please fix this as some people could feasibly need this one question to pass the course.

Create database/tables in Hive using ssh to systemt.datascientistworkbench.com
Good Day,
I ssh systemt.datascientistworkbench.com. Then I start hive using "hive" command. I try to create database/tables in hive but it says I don't have access.
I see many test kind of hive databases which people have created. How can I create database/tables in hive?
Please advise.

To see my current courses and if its a learning path what are the completed courses and in-progress courses.

Badge url should list all the courses related to that badge.
Why the badge url doesn't list all the courses completed for that badge?

Make sure the labs are reset before beginning
I am currently doing the Machine Learning with Python Course and have previously done the Data Science Fundamentals Learning Path. I am really enjoying the courses but the labs lack involvement. When I go through the notebooks I find that everything is already done. I don't even have to press Ctrl+Enter to execute if I don't want to.
I wish these were reset so I can see what is happening, or attempt to figure out the answer first. I know this is the way it is designed because the Machine Learning labs have a "Hover over for answer" cell immediately…4 votes -
Automatically check exams after time runs out
I though there is an automatic checking after the time runs out on Timed Final Exams. I answered all the questions but the scores were zero because I didn't check it one by one. I earned a Badge but there was no certificate issued. How sad? :( I got frustrated.

Make it easier to enroll and see enrolled courses
I want to take all of the courses in the big data learning path in order. It appears that I must enroll in each course separately. I wish I could just enroll in all of the courses in the learning path at once.
Second, when I enroll in courses I see no way to tell which courses I am enrolled in.

Give expanded overiew of Learning Paths
It would be really helpful to have a option to see the courses in each Learning Path at this URL: https://bigdatauniversity.com/learn/all/. An expand one or all feature on a single page would be great instead of only viewing one at a time.

Course navigation
I'm taking the Getting Started with Data Science class and it is not clear how to move forward to the next lessson. I end up just going back to the overall course lesson outline and click the next class. It would be nice if there were a "next" button available after each lesson is finished.

Some images are not loading in the blog posts
I see that some of the images are not loading on these blog posts consistently. The videos on Saeed's post load consistently, though.
Is there something wrong with the images being hosted on www.bigdatauniversity.com?

Cannot go to the labs for any courses
I have been trying to go to any of the labs for various data science courses with python. I initially was trying to use Coursera but that did not work. Came across cognitiveclass.ai and started using this. However the lab still does not work.
All is get is a redirection to (https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/storage_issues) which has this message:

Copy paste
Hi everyone,
I can't for the life of me figure out how to copy paste information into the practice environment. I can copy and paste entire cells but not information INTO a cell. For example, when attempting to use an operation on a data set, the above data set in a seperate cell doesn't always apply to the operation cell (error: variable is undefined) my solution so far has been to copy the cell with the variable information above and then merge the cells. Unlock Accounts
Provide an option to unlock locked accounts without having to wait for 24 hours. Also what does the statement "account will re-open within 24 hours mean?".. Do you keep expecting the users to keep trying to login every 15 minutes or an hour or a couple of hours to check if the account is unlocked? You need to provide an adhoc option to unlock accounts as and when users request the same

repair your retake lab quiz
Your lab quiz for IBMDeveloperSkillsNetwork: CO0101EN cannot be retake. I just need 1% more to pass and get certificate, but your so called 'intelligent' system doesn't allow me to retake the lab quiz. So, you expect all people get all 100% correct on their first time learning? That is really weak and unreliable system.
