Hi,
Am starting a new course - Deep Learning with TensorFlow
IBM Cognitive Class ML0120EN
but, When i try to start the lab, am getting the following error:-
Error: Max retires. Please refresh this page to try again or contact support for help.
Can you let me know how to fix it? Yes i did try to refresh, the webpage multiple times....still it is not working!

Getting the same issue. My entire learning is halted at this time. Please advise. I tried refresh and the error continues to happen.
using ubuntu 16.04

Hi,
I had a similar error "Error: Failed to load lab. Please refresh this page to try again or contact support for help"
The issue happened on Chrome & Firefox. I updated Firefox to version 52.6.0 (64-bits).
Also these plugins were updated to versions shown below:
Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0
Java Plug-in 11.161.2 for Mozilla browsersThose updates make Lab exercises work on my Firefox browser. I haven't updated Chrome so far and the issue still happens on it. I hope it helps.
