   Hi,

   I had a similar error "Error: Failed to load lab. Please refresh this page to try again or contact support for help"

   The issue happened on Chrome & Firefox. I updated Firefox to version 52.6.0 (64-bits).
   Also these plugins were updated to versions shown below:
   Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0
   Java Plug-in 11.161.2 for Mozilla browsers

   Those updates make Lab exercises work on my Firefox browser. I haven't updated Chrome so far and the issue still happens on it. I hope it helps.
