to ensure that the courses are without errors and suiting with our current IBM Cloud.
I'm an IBM GBS employee from Germany. To show our quality it would be helpful to have courses without basic issues like not showing the instruction pictures. Another thing is that the training "IBM Cloud Essentials" is outdated and still referring to the BlueMix layout instead of our current IBM Cloud.

Fix the damned buttons on the quizzes!
Apparently, your company is a "tad" slow when it comes to fixing the grayed out arrow selection buttons at the bottom of the pages. Users are complaining that this issue has affected the playform for over 2 years. Now I can't complete the quizzes. Get it together!

After every topic, a home work option which depicts a real time scenario and can be completed by applying the learnt techniques would help the students to validate their skills.
After a course, Case studies on how the modules were used in the real time scenario would throw more insights.

In "Getting started with Microservices with Istio and IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service" course when discussing "codebase" concept for 12 factor apps, it says "Each microservice should have its own project with its own main branch and membership but should all be stored in the same repository." but based on my understanding and snippet from official 12-factor website, this is not the case. Each app/microservice should have its OWN repository and shall NOT share with any other microservices. I think it could be improved by making what codebase means more clear. codebase is not a single repository like the original sentence…

Explain how to test URLs if using play-with-docker
For those of us using Play-with-Docker, I think the only way to "visit" the URLs exposed by our containers is via local curl/wget? If so, I suggest adding that to the instructions. (Or if not, please enlighten us to another option.)

update references to Bluemix
Bluemix is now "IBM Cloud" - I created an account with IBM Cloud on the first prompt, then a couple of pages later was prompted to create a Bluemix account. Following the link takes the user to the IBM Cloud catalog; several of the apps reference Bluemix but there is no indication that it is the old name for IBM Cloud. I spent several minutes looking for Bluemix in the IBM Cloud catalog. I finally Googled Bluemix and understood that I already had it.

review the answers with the students to the final exams after submission
Dear Whom-ever-is-responsible
While I passed the map-reduce/YARN course, it would be really useful to get feedback on the answers I got wrong on the final. I understand that if there are a limited amount of potential questions, you don't want a free copy of all answer floating around the net. Unfortunately, at the moment I am unsure if I got a question incorrect because of actually not knowing the proper answer, or due to lack of clarity in the question (which was apparent for several)/misinterpretation.

redesign your web UI
You need a good UI designer working with courseware designer to improve the UI. Your web generally is slow and the two tabs (video vs review/test) are confusing. Their icons are confusing, too.
