2. Allow labs to be done on cloud instead of VMware images

   It would be great if I can perform hands-on-labs for Hadoop related courses on the cloud rather than have to download huge VMware images.

9. Group the passed exams in user dashboard

   It would be nice to separate the completed courses from the currents in the list under the user dashboard (https://courses.bigdatauniversity.com/dashboard).
   Maybe you can simply separate the list adding a new heading between the two lists. Better would be using tabs or accordion. :D

12. make notebooks file downloadable instead of running in the cloud

    it's great that you offer the notebook on the cloud. But if your connection is not good (especially in China where I currently live), it's better to download it and run it locally on your computer, especially if you use a software to open the notebook directely like Pineapple or nteract : https://github.com/nteract/nteract

    Yanick, thank you for an excellent suggestion. We do understand the desire to do hands-on labs without a connection to the internet and we are looking to address it.

13. feature code doesn't work

    Hi IBM Colleagues,
    it seems the feature code to extend the trial account doesn't work for me anymore; I believe I know why but I don't know how to fix it, hence perhaps you can help here.
    Initially I've created the trial account on another email address then the one which I am using for edx; account has expired and feature code does not work saying server error; then I've remembered that I had a previous ibm cloud account linked to the same email address I am using for edx; I've recovered the password from the ibm cloud account mentioned, feature code worked but the activation offset the total number of days passed from the existance of the account...-1900 something days.
    Can you help on this topic please ? I am guessing the feature code is not exhausted and it doesn't work for the newly account created (pointing to an email address which is not linked with edx).

    Good Day,

    I ssh systemt.datascientistworkbench.com. Then I start hive using "hive" command. I try to create database/tables in hive but it says I don't have access.

    I see many test kind of hive databases which people have created. How can I create database/tables in hive?

18. Make sure the labs are reset before beginning

    I am currently doing the Machine Learning with Python Course and have previously done the Data Science Fundamentals Learning Path. I am really enjoying the courses but the labs lack involvement. When I go through the notebooks I find that everything is already done. I don't even have to press Ctrl+Enter to execute if I don't want to.
    I wish these were reset so I can see what is happening, or attempt to figure out the answer first. I know this is the way it is designed because the Machine Learning labs have a "Hover over for answer" cell immediately following the code cell. But the code cell is already filled out with the answer and result.
    I feel I would get a lot more out of the course if the labs were not already completed for me.

19. Cannot go to the labs for any courses

    I have been trying to go to any of the labs for various data science courses with python. I initially was trying to use Coursera but that did not work. Came across cognitiveclass.ai and started using this. However the lab still does not work.

    All is get is a redirection to (https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/storage_issues) which has this message:
    "We noticed you had a problem using Skills Network Labs. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

    You will be happy to know that we are migrating you to a brand new Skills Network Labs. You will see a more reliable and better performing Labs. This migration usually takes a few minutes, but can take up to a day.

20. Copy paste

    Hi everyone,

    I can't for the life of me figure out how to copy paste information into the practice environment. I can copy and paste entire cells but not information INTO a cell. For example, when attempting to use an operation on a data set, the above data set in a seperate cell doesn't always apply to the operation cell (error: variable is undefined) my solution so far has been to copy the cell with the variable information above and then merge the cells. But it feels also though you should be able to simply copy paste information into the cell... Anyone have a solution for me.
